Precautions during using tile adhesive production line
1) Gears need to be regularly added to the lubricant
2) When feeding, the mixer must be started to keep it running.
3) When mixing,the valve need to shut down in the mixing machine.when mixing well,then open the valve but it can not open fully.


Application for dry mortar production line
(1) For air compressor,it is used for automatic quantitative packing machine.
(2) For electric control machine,that's control switch gear.
(3) Inside of mixing machine, there is a three layer ribbon mixer,so it's high mixed evenness.under of mixing machine,there have two flexible switches so that to easy clean.Front of mixing machine,there have a viewport that can see raw material mixed.top of mixing machine,there are three port: one is additive port.one is feeding port to connect first screw conveyor.last one is exhaust.
(4) For finish product machine,the plant will be high efficiency due to it.
(5) For packing machine,it can adjustable weight of bags from 10 kg to 50 kg. just need using valve mouth port bag to packing raw material. you can set the weight according to your bag.
